The most important point of end-time prophecies is: they are sealed up and not opened, possibly even now.
Bible description is basically clear and understandable for everybody. We can see and understand most of the description clearly and without a doubt.
Who is the mother of Jesus Christ? Everybody knows it is Mary from the scripture.
There is no doubt or dispute on this matter. What is the name of the disciple who betrayed Jesus with 30 pieces of silver? Everybody knows it is Judas. No dispute or misunderstanding on this matter.
However, concerning the prophecy of end-time, the story is different.
There are many disputes and many opinions and different interpretations of end-time prophecies. Why? Because prophecies of the end-time are all sealed up. It is as though knowledge stored within the black box. No one knows it exactly, so there are many guesses and disputes.
God clearly inform us that end-time prophecies are sealed up as below;
“Revelation 5:1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?
3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.
4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.”
In this scripture, we can see John “wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.”
Through this verse, we can know the difficulty to read and look thereon the sealed book.
And I think we should respect God’s authority who sealed up this book of prophecy.
And we should know the fact; if God sealed the book, with His intention, no unqualified person could open this seal.
In this present time, no one pays attention to God, who sealed this prophecy book with His authority. Everybody is convinced they can open every sealed prophecy with their knowledge and understanding. They arrogantly think so, but it is not sure whether these seals are really opened for them or not.
We can see this kind of arrogant people in the book of Gospel as below;
John 7: 47 Then answered them the Pharisees, Are ye also deceived?
48 Have any of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed on him?
49 But this people who knoweth not the law are cursed.
50 Nicodemus saith unto them, (he that came to Jesus by night, being one of them,) {to Jesus: Gr. to him}
51 Doth our law judge any man, before it hear him, and know what he doeth?
52 They answered and said unto him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search, and look: for out of Galilee ariseth no prophet.
Pharisees boasted and convinced their knowledge and their interpretation of laws and scripture.
They cursed the people who have not enough knowledge of the law and scripture.
But what is their actual status in front of God?
Of course, they know the prophecy of the book of Daniel, which prophes
y the Coming of the messiah. However, in spite of their boastful knowledge of scripture, they misunderstand the messiah himself and kill Him with their hands and, as a consequence, are condemned by God. Why? Because prophecy is sealed up against them.
The Book of Daniel talks about the seal of the prophecy like below;
“Daniel12: 9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried, but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand.”
This scripture says, this prophecy “words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.” “and none of the wicked shall understand”
Why Pharisees and their allies could not understand Jesus as the coming Messiah?
Because they are “wicked”, evil and are hypocritic as the tomb painted with white.
Though they may be seen as white in front of men, the Lord sees each body’s
Inner heart, and against wicked people, God will never allow the seal opened.
The Seal did not open to them; therefore, they misunderstood Jesus and can not know Him as the coming Messiah.
I think we of present-day Christians, should learn the lesson from this example.
Concerning the seal, how can we illustrate it? I think we can imagine the seal as the key to the door of our house. That is to say,
we lock our door of the house when we go out. For without locking the door to the house, every strange person can enter our house when we are out. So, the key of the house makes a distinction on the people. Say, house family members can open and enter the house. On the other hand, other strangers and thieves or wicked persons can not enter the house because of the key.
Seal of the prophecy can do the same work on the prophecy. Faithful Christians can open the seals and see the inside of the book, but wicked on heart, Christians can not open the seal and can not see the inside of the book. As a consequence, they catch the real false fable story like a pre-trib story.
If my understanding is right, most of the present-day Christians’ common knowledge about end time is wrong and false. The end-time beast country is neither the Roman Empire nor the EU. Temple destruction in end-time has no relation with the third temple of Jerusalem. One week’s contract of the book of Daniel has no relation to the political contract done in the Middle East. They are all wrong and misunderstood doctrines. But, if they are wrong, why did they misunderstand? The reason is simple: The Seals of God are not opened for them. God does not permit it. Therefore, they can not see the inside of the book. If it is really so, we must respect God’s authority and judgment and decision on this matter and us. Who can claim to Him on this matter?
