Scripture clearly prophesies that end-time church or Christians will go into apostasy as below:
“2Thessalonians 2: 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;”
In this part, the scripture clearly informs us that “falling away” will happen to the church and Christians at the end time.
If “falling apart “of the church and Christians will happen at the end time, how will this
falling apart church and Christians will be exalted to heaven or to be raptured?
Our Lord formerly clearly instructed us that misunderstanding God’s people will never to be exalted to heaven, instead bring down to hell as below;
“ Matthew11: 3 And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought down to hell:”
So, the pre-trib story is not biblical; instead, be an actually false fable.
People who believe the fabled story like pre-trib does not understand the most basic point of biblical history.
What Old Testament is talking to us is: The apostasy of God’s people arises at the end of their history. For example, the kingdom of David starts with glorious victory and blessing from God.
At the age of king of David or Solomon, this country gets victory
, full of riches, and honor. For King David faithfully followed the Lord’s commandments, and Lord gave his blessing.
However, at the end of the history of David’s house kingdom, the story became changed.
God’s loved country, Judah, went apostasy and experienced defeat at the wars and was invaded by foreign countries. And at last, they were delivered to the foreign country Babylon. They are rooted up from the fathers’ land, and God promised land and was delivered and scattered to foreign countries.
Why this kind of tragedy happened to them? The Scripture explained to us the reason for this as below;
“2 Chronicles 36:13 And he also rebelled against king Nebuchadnezzar, who had made him swear by God: but he stiffened his neck and hardened his heart from turning unto the LORD God of Israel.
14 Moreover, all the chief of the priests, and the people, transgressed very much after all the abominations of the heathen; and polluted the house of the LORD which he had hallowed in Jerusalem.
15 And the LORD God of their fathers sent to them by his messengers, rising up betimes, and sending; because he had compassion on his people, and on his dwelling place: {by: Heb. by the hand of} {betimes: that is, continually and carefully}
16 But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy. {remedy: Heb. healing}
17 Therefore he brought upon them the king of the Chaldees, who slew their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary, and had no compassion upon young man or maiden, old man, or him that stooped for age: he gave them all into his hand.”
The Scripture talks to us about the reason for their capture and deliverance to Babylon as:
“But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people,”
I think capturing and deliverance of God’s people will be repeated again at the end of Church history (end time) because the name Babylon is mentioned in the book of Revelation. Babylon is the name that prophesizes the end-time church condition.
Why did the name Babylon appear again in the book of the Revelation? We can naturally imagine the capture and deliverance of the new testament church to Babylon.
Of course, it is not about physical deliverance and capture; instead, it is about doctrine and spiritual deliverance and capture to Babylon.
If so, what is the reason for church capturing and deliverance to Babylon?
The reason should be the same as Old Testament Babylon deliverance.
That is to say,
“But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people,”
Today’s churches and Christians do not pay attention to the warning from God, but just listening to ears’ itchy story like a pre-trib fable, so the wrath of the Lord may arise against them.
We suppose and believe what happened to Israel of the Old Testament should be the warning and prophecy toward the Israel of the New Testament, that is, the church.
The history of Old Testament Israel will be exactly repeated in New Testament Israel, the church. So, apostasy or the falling away of God’s people will be repeated at the end of New Testament church history.
