TEXT: GENESIS 2: 16, 17, 3: 1- 6 2: 16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

3: 1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise. (KJV)

Today I would like to deliver a message entitled “SATAN WHO SAYS OPPOSITE THINGS.” We would like to learn that one of the characteristics of Satan is to say totally opposite things to the truth.

Satan will deceive us and many people in the end time. At that time, we should know again that our guide to support us is the only Book, the Word of God, the Bible. It is written on the description of this Book, especially Genesis, clear pattern, lesson concerning the deception of Satan. Those who pay attention to it will receive great help. To the contrary, others who make a fool of it such as taking it as a myth of old days will not receive any help. They are deceived, because they have forsaken the Word of life.

What we clearly know to see the text is that Satan said to the woman totally opposite things to the Word. God said clearly, “in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.”

As to that, Satan did not say such as, “This fruit may not be a little good for health for sure,” or, “If you eat the fruit, you may catch a cold.”

He asserted, “Ye shall not surely die.” He asserted it not only not to die simply but also surely not to die. And as for what God asserted to surely die, he asserted surely no.

He is sure a liar, and we should know that he says totally opposite things, 180 degree opposite, to the Word and the truth as one of his characteristics when he deceives. This is one of his characteristics of lies, a pattern, and a method.

And we should also see the reaction of the woman at that time. How did she react to it that she was said totally opposite things? To our surprise, this woman was totally deceived and took and ate by herself the fruit that would deliver her to death.

This is the type of the Church that will be deceived by the serpent and take by its own hand the teaching that delivers it to death.

Well, here is another thing. The woman who was mentioned here is Eve whom every body knows. But it is not written Eve but certainly the woman on this text. There is some suggestion in this. That is to say, it seems to tell the story of personal Eve, but not so and it actually contains another prophetic meaning. That is the thing concerning the woman, the Church. It tells that the Church is deceived by the serpent and receives the things totally opposite to the Word, and as a result the Church will be left out of the tree of life and be driven out. Therefore, it is described here not only the historical facts about Adam and Eve but also the prophecy for the Church in future.

Well, the characteristic of Satan here is to say the opposite to the Word, and he has succeeded to make the woman believe it.

This characteristic of Satan will show more and more to the end time in the Church. Those who say such as, “Where do we see such things?” are totally blinded, sorry to say that. If our eyes are opened, we will be able to see many lies of Satan’s pattern in the Church.

<To say no end time>

As I have written many messages in this Hope Page, God has given many warnings about the end time. However, it is said that Pope told, “There would be no end time.” When he said such a thing, he told the thing totally opposite to the Word. It should be that the serpent showed his real characteristic. As Mary of Fatima who practiced signs as a devil said, “This Pope should be a child given of Christ,” isn’t such also the revelation of her own identity?

<To say devil as the Holy Spirit>

Revivals of Toronto and Pensacola are definitely of devils as we see that video tape. The issues of these revivals are not trifling such as, “They are not so remarkable as the revival on Pentecost,” or, “Their doctrines are not so clear.” This is a matter of life and death like to be made to drink water of gall instead of water of life. It was reported in the past “a case of cola contained potassium cyanide.” If one is deceived to drink such a thing like this, every one will die. Likewise, those who accept this revival will loose eternal life. For, water of gall is totally opposite to water of life. And it should not be happened that God’s people pursue such terrifying spirits in competition. We know how skillfully Satan deceives.

<To say that the Church will not be judged>

The Bible says it repeatedly as many kinds of warnings and through many prophets that God’s people will be judged in the end time. But, to our surprise, Satan has spread great lies totally opposite to the Word such as, “The Church will not be judged, and end time will be the victory for the Church.” Another lie is that the Church will be taken in rapture of Jesus in His secret second coming before the tribulation age of the end time so that they do not have to worry about any thing.

The prophecy that Satan says the total opposite and the woman (the Church) believes it is fulfilled before our eyes to our regret. Let’s, however, walk firmly as the elected in the end time.

Let us do the will of Lord in the end time.
