TEXT: REVELATION 12: 13- 17 13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.

16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.

17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. (KJV)

Today we would like to learn about a woman as a parable of a church.

The Bible uses various kinds of parables about a church, and one of them is a woman.

For example, it is written as below.

What is written here is that the gathering of Christians is a chaste virgin and a bride to Christ. Therefore, a woman refers to the aspect of the relation between Christ and the Church.

A woman is a parable of church, and with this in mind, let’s look at the following passage.

MATTHEW 5: 32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery. (KJV)

As there are many types of women, there are also various women written in the Bible. Here, it is written about a woman who is divorced. When we look at this verse, we know this woman is divorced because of the fornication.

Well, there are churches that are divorced by God. Though some may say, “Such cannot be, as God never forsakes churches,” such is not true. When churches commit fornication with this world or others, they will be divorced. Well, if a wife is divorced by her husband, what will happen to her? Maybe this will happen; income that she has received from her husband will be lost, and in some cases she may lack food or protection.

Why are there meetings and worships that have no affection or blessing in mind and spirit in Japan (not only Japan)?

One of the reasons is that the church is divorced by God. They prefer to choose teaching of this world or the theory of evolution to that of God. Or they might prefer to choose the government to God in the time of the war. As a result they were divorced by God. So, they are in the situation that they are about to die spiritually of hunger because of lack of blessings that they should originally receive for them. No rain of the Holy Spirit or bread of life is given for them. Christ who is the husband has divorced the church and stopped supplying. Holy Spirit and the Word are from God. Once the Husband leaves, nothing remains to the wife.

Well, how do Christians cope with such a church? I am not keen to say this, however, I must mention this as it is written on the Bible. It is written, “Whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.” In short, we should not have relation to such a church that is divorced by God. For, if we have, we committed adultery before God.

Kingdom of heaven refers to the Church. The Church is not the gathering of kings or politicians of the earth but of those who sit in heaven with Christ. Because it is the Kingdom of heaven, all should be good, but it will be filled with sins in the end time to our regret.

Bread refers to bread of life, that is, the Word. Leaven refers to sin or lie. This is hidden by a woman, a church of sin. Then, this leaven, sin and lie, spread to the whole. This is the image of the Church of the end time, and lies such as the partial rapture theory and so on have surely spread among all the corners of the teachings and messages of the Word in the Church. Therefore, we who are living in the end time should know that we are in the days when false teachings spread among all the corners. We are now in the days when almost all the teachings are wrong.

MATTHEW 26: 7 There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat. (KJV)

Oil is a metaphor of the Holy Spirit. And the days of Jesus refer to the end time. This precious oil represents the prophecy for the revival of the Holy Spirit that will be caused by a woman, that is, a church who follows the Lord in the end time.

The works of devils will spread among meetings in many churches in the end time. They will not be able to discern the work of the Holy Spirit from of devils. This looks like devil hides leaven of lie in the pure Word secretly. The bread (the Word) and wine (the Holy Spirit) in the Holy Communion will be attacked. But the pure revival of the Holy Spirit symbolized as a woman, the Church, will be able to be seen in the same age.

LUKE 8: 2 And certain woman, which had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went seven devils. (KJV)

Seven is the number of the Church. This woman is the type of the church that is delivered by devils. She hollows Jesus. Likewise, the churches whose people are delivered by devils in the end time will follow God. Today, many problems from churches and Christians come from spirits - devils. It is important to know this.

JOHN 4: 9 Then said the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? For the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. (KJV)

Samaria was the capital of Northern Israel, and I believe, it is a metaphor of Roman Catholic at the present time.

JOHN 4: 17 The woman answered and said, I have no husband. Jesus said unto her, Thou hast well said, I have no husband. (KJV)

This woman had five husbands in the past, and another with her now is not her husband. And she said, “I have no husband.” Woman is a metaphor of a church. If the church has no Husband - Christ, it will be strange. But this is exactly true for the Catholic. The Pope, whom the Catholics follow, is not her true husband - the Catholic Church. He should be only Baal (the meaning is the lord) mentioned in the Bible. He is not her true husband. The Catholic Church is not espoused to Christ (officially may be so but not in actuality). Some may be angry against my saying such an impolite thing. Then, let me ask.

The word of Christ says, “Do not worship idol.” Are there any Catholic people who do not worship idols such as Mary and keep the word of the Person who is said, “The Word was God?” And, the word of Christ also says, “Call no man your father upon the earth.” What is the voice I hear, “Father, Father.” They are foolish women who forsake the Person of the Word and are espoused to others. Therefore, the saying of this Samaritan woman, “I have no husband,” properly shows the present situation of the Catholic Church.

JOHN 4: 15 The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw. (KJV)

But a good day will come to her in the end time. She, Samaritan woman, will meet Christ. And she will receive this water, the Holy Spirit. Yes, the revival will arise in the land of Samaria, the Catholic Church.

Well, let’s look at the text.

REVELATION 12: 13 “And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.”

The dragon is Satan. Satan will be cast down to the earth at this time.

What does this mean? At first we should understand what the heaven is. Kingdom of heaven means the Church. Well, as the heaven is ruled by God, there should not be Satan basically. But that is ideal and actuality is different.

As it is written, “The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven,” the Church is filled with leaven and works of Satan. But, Satan will be cast out of the Church before the victors (a man child) who restore the Church in the end time. He will not be able to work in heaven but only in the earth, that is, the churches that are attached to this world.

14 “And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.”

The woman, the Church that is attached to the Lord, will be kept safe during the great tribulation age for three and a half years.

15 “And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.”

The serpent, in the Garden of Eden, corresponds to the scribes who were called, “Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers.” We should understand that those who pervert the Word persecute the woman, the Church, that is attached to the Lord through the word serpent. And what does it refer to, “water as a flood?” Water, as I repeatedly say, is a metaphor of spirit. He will try to destroy the woman, the Church, that is attached to the Lord, with the revival not of the Holy Spirit but of devils.

16 “And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.”

The woman, this Church, will however, be kept from this revival of devils. Therefore, we know this woman, the Church, will be kept from false teachers and the revival of devils on earth during the great tribulation age for three and a half years. She will never be in rapture for this period of three and a half years as the false people of the partial rapture theory say.

So, we should build our houses on a rock and be prepared for this day. We should never build our houses on sand to be deceived and be rest assured by the wrong teachings with no ground, “We will be in heaven at that time.”

17 “And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ”

Here we come across the expression the remnant. We should refer to the word remnant in the Old Testament to understand this. The word remnant suggests two kinds of people in the end time. They are the minority who stand upright on the Word and the majority who are deceived. We should know that many people of the Church will be deceived and judged at that time.

Let us do the will of the Lord in the end time.
