NO. 177  THE SEA BECAME BLOOD

TEXT: REVELATION 8: 8, 9  And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;

9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed. (KJV)

Today I would like to deliver a message entitled gTHE SEA BECAME BLOOD.h

It is written on Revelation, gThe sea will become blood in the end time.h

Although there are some people who take it literally, we know the Bible is a book of parables. We would like to learn it as a parable.

Well, as I have repeated, it is important not to perform private interpretation and not to interpret the passage only by itself when we read the Bible. So those who interpret the text on Revelation literally, gas the sea becoming bloodh may end up in the wrong conclusion.

But, as the whole Bible is written by God, those who refer to other passages will come to the right interpretation. Well, there is another passage in the Bible where it talks about water will be tuned to blood. It is the following passage on Exodus.

EXODUS 7: 15- 21  15 Get thee unto Pharaoh in the morning; lo, he goeth out unto the water; and thou shalt stand by the riverfs bank against he come; and the rod which was turned to a serpent shalt thou take in thine hand.

16 And thou shalt say unto him, The Lord God of the Hebrews hath sent me unto thee, saying, Let my people go, that they may serve me in the wilderness: and, behold, hitherto thou wouldest not hear.

17 Thus saith the Lord, In this thou shalt know that I am the Lord: behold, I will smite with the rod that is in mine hand upon the waters which are in the river, and they shall be turned to blood.

18 And the fish that is in the river shall die, and the river shall stink; and the Egyptians shall lothe to drink of the water of the river.

19 And the Lord spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and stretch out thine hand upon the waters of Egypt, upon their streams, upon their rivers, and upon their ponds, and upon all their pools of water, that they may become blood; and that there may be blood throughout all the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood, and in vessels of stone.

20 And Moses and Aaron did so, as the Lord commanded; and he lifted up the rod, and smote the waters that were in the river, in the sight of pharaoh, and in the sight of his servants; and all the waters that were in the river were turned to blood.

21 And the fish that was in the river died; and the river stank, and the Egyptians could not drink of the water of the river; and there was blood throughout all the land of Egypt. (KJV)

Once we read this passage correctly, we will eventually be able to come to the correct conclusion concerning the above text on Revelation.

Let us first think about Egypt.

As for Egypt, it is written on Revelation as below.

REVELATION 11: 8  And their dead bodies shall lie in they street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. (KJV)

We know that the city where He will come as the Holy Spirit and will be crucified in the end time is called Sodom and Egypt. Therefore, conversely, Egypt written on the Old Testament is the type of the city to be judged. So, if we read Exodus as the description of the Godfs people who escapes out of the gcity to be judgedh in the end time, we will get the proper interpretation.

Well, with these in mind, let us look at the following passage.

15 gGet thee unto Pharaoh in the morning; lo, he goeth out unto the water; and thou shalt stand by the riverfs bank against he come; and the rod which was turned to a serpent shalt thou take in thine hand.h

Pharaoh was the king of Egypt, but he was also the king of the Godfs people to be judged by Him. Pharaoh was the king and the representation of the Church that becomes like Egypt. River Nile in Egypt provides water to woods, cattle and men in Egypt. It is the type of the Holy Spirit that benefits the Church.

For, water is signified as the Holy Spirit, as it is written, gOut of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.h

gthe rod which was turned to a serpent shalt thou take in thine hand.h

Let us see a parable concerning the rod.

The characteristic of the parables in the Bible is consistency and links.

For example, bread is a parable of the Word like bread of life. Then, how about leaven of bread? We understand it is false teaching penetrating into the interpretation of the Word. Like this, bread, leaven and wheat have relation each other.

How about a rod? It has relation to walking, for it helps men to walk.

Walk in the Bible often refers to the walk in faith. So a rod means to help Christians to walk in faith. What does it mean concretely? I believe it probably refers to a teacher or a pastor. They should help us to walk in faith.

But, some dreadful thing will happen in the Church which becomes like Egypt at that time. The rod will turn to the serpent. The serpent is taken to the serpent that distorted the Word and deceived Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.

And it is also taken to the scribes and Pharisees who were told by Jesus, gYe serpents, ye generation of vipers.h They are those who pervert the Word and make proselytes twofold more the child of hell than themselves. The gserpenth and those called ggeneration of vipersh are the type and prophecy for the end time. The Bible talks about the rod turning into serpent in the end time. The rod, teachers and pastors who should help the Godfs people to walk in faith, will work like the serpent in the Garden of Eden and the scribes called generation of vipers. They will pervert the Word. Those who now say, gHe is coming in two times,h which is out of the Bible, are such an example.

16 gAnd thou shalt say unto him, The Lord God of the Hebrews hath sent me unto thee, saying, Let my people go, that they may serve me in the wilderness: and, behold, hitherto thou wouldest not hear.h

In the end time, division between the Godfs people, who are attached to this world represented as Egyptians and other true Godfs people who will depart from this world will take place. Those who follow Him truly should serve true God and leave Egypt.

17 gThus saith the Lord, In this thou shalt know that I am the Lord: behold, I will smite with the rod that is in mine hand upon the waters which are in the river, and they shall be turned to blood.

18 And the fish that is in the river shall die, and the river shall stink; and the Egyptians shall lothe to drink of the water of the river.h

It is written, that water turned to blood when it was hit by the rod. Water signifies the Holy Spirit. Men and the cattle have been given life with the water of Nile so far. But as the water turns to blood, fish are dead. Likewise, the day will come in the end time when Christians who are given life by the Holy Spirit die spiritually in the revival of the demonic spirits. No, it has come already. The revival of Toronto and Pensacola are demonic, and there appear some people who show some abnormal symptoms in their mind and emotion.

19 gAnd the Lord spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and stretch out thine hand upon the waters of Egypt, upon their streams, upon their rivers, and upon their ponds, and upon all their pools of water, that they may become blood.h

Well, we know that when the rod is stretched out, water turns to blood, which refers to where the work of the Holy Spirit turns into the work of demonic spirit.

The rod is used. The teachers, workers and revivalists who we have thought to be the blessings turn to those who pour out the demonic spirits. This thing is already happening now, and many holy meetings are filled with the revival of the demonic spirits by the workers of Satan.

gand that there may be blood throughout all the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood, and in vessels of stone.h

The vessels are comprehended as Godfs vessels. gWoodh is a parable of a Christian like vine or olive tree, and stone is bigger than sand and also a parable of a Christian. Therefore, the Church that is attached to this world as Egypt will spread the work of demonic revivals through many vessels.

20 gAnd Moses and Aaron did so, as the Lord commanded; and he lifted up the rod, and smote the waters that were in the river, in the sight of pharaoh, and in the sight of his servants; and all the waters that were in the river were turned to blood.

21 And the fish that was in the river died; and the river stank, and the Egyptians could not drink of the water of the river; and there was blood throughout all the land of Egypt.h

Pharaoh is the god of this world, and his servants are Godfs people who follow him. Their waters will turn to blood. By the way, why does water turn to blood? Why not coal tar or Chinese ink? In fact, there is hidden meaning in the word gbloodh. Blood signifies the blood that Lord Jesus shed for us. Therefore, the water that turns to blood means the judgment on those who leave the Person who shed His blood for them for the gods of this world.

Well, let us look at the text.

TEXT: REVELATION 8: 8, 9  And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;

9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed. (KJV)

What is the parable of a mountain? Olive trees and vine are in the mountains. They are parables of Christians.

So a mountain where Christians live is a parable of the Church. What is a burning mountain, and the burning Church? Fire and water are parables of the Holy Spirit and spirits (including demonic spirits). Therefore, I believe that the burning mountain is the Church burning with fire of revival of demonic spirits. And as a result, a third of the sea would turn into blood. That is, a third of the Church will be brought into the revival of the demonic spirits. A third of the creatures that have life, that is, a third life of Christians will be lost. Ship is a parable of a church as it is written on James that radar is a teacher.

As radar is a teacher, a big ship that is operated by it refers to a church. So, it is also written here that a third of the Church will be destroyed (spiritually).

Therefore, we understand that the Holy Spirit will be driven out of the Church. It is the Water of life for the Church and instead, the Church will be filled with blood, the work of the demonic spirits on the day of Revelation in the end time.

Let us do the will of the Lord in the end time.

End.
