Today, we will examine “The country of the beast with 10 horns” in order to understand its meaning and implications.

The Bible tells us that the country of the beast in the End Times will have 10 horns as it is seen in the scriptures below.

Revelation 13:1 The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name.

So, I would like us to think about the 10 horns at this point in time.

Below is what the Bible describes about the 10 horns.

1. There are 10 horns (Countries).

2. They are the military superpowers.

Daniel 7:7“After that, in my vision at night I looked, and there before me was a fourth beast—terrifying and frightening and very powerful. It had large iron teeth; it crushed and devoured its victims and trampled underfoot whatever was left. It was different from all the former beasts, and it had ten horns.

It is written that the beast with 10 horns will destroy, threaten, and control other countries in the world, therefore we can imagine that the country with 10 horns is a big military superpower.

3. This country exists only for a short time

Revelation 17:12 “The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast.

The Bible records that the ten horns will rise as a country for only a short period.

4. The ten horns are related to the U.S, the country of the beast.

Revelation 17:24 “The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast.

It is written here that the ten horns are with the beast (U.S).

5. The ten horns will become ruler and governor

Revelation 13:1 The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name.

Here, it is described that the ten horns have ten crowns as well. The crown represents control and power just like it is crowned on the head of kings. Hence, you can imagine that the ten horns will become the ruler and governor of the earth.

There is a doctrine which says EU is the country of the beast, and EU countries are going to become the ten horns, but we can see that this is wrong according to the characteristics shown above.

1. There are 27 countries registered in EU and the number is rising. So, it is different from 10 which is mentioned in the Bible.

2. EU is not a military superpower.

The military budget of all of EU countries combined will not match that of the U.S.

3. EU countries don’t have a short history as a nation

Many EU countries have several hundred years of history as a nation.

It doesn’t fit in “who for one hour will receive authority” which describes the ten horns.

4. EU is not directly related to the U.S

They are different countries from different areas.

As you can see above, EU countries don’t meet the criteria to be the ten horns described in the Bible. So, it is not appropriate to refer to the EU as the ten horns from biblical point of view.

Now, here is a surprising information about the U.S. According to an article in the website of Cutting Edge (to be discussed later), U.S has been divided into 10 sections since 1972 under Nixon’s administration.

We all know well that U.S is divided into 50 states, but the president has already ordered to divide the country into 10 sections in 1972 as shown in the figure below. This is not generally known to the public, but according to the article, this will come into effect if there is a war or conflict in U.S in the future.

A more horrifying fact is that once there is a state of emergency and the country is divided into 10 sections, the democracy in U.S is said to be abandoned, and it will be replaced by a dictatorial regime to become a military controlled nation.

Ten sections in U.S

Now, we have heard that, apart from this U.S’s case, UN is planning to divide the world into 10 sections. The plan is called Agenda21, and it aims to divide the world into 10 sections such as North America, Europe, Asia etc. It appears that the main purpose of Agenda21 is to conserve energy resources, but some people point out that the real purpose is to control the world.

This happens to match the plan by U.S to divide the country into 10 sections, and it is not just coincidence but has some significance. This gives us a clue to understand the meaning of “ten crown” written in Revelation.

Once again, when we read an article of Cutting Edge about dividing U.S into 10 sections, we will find that it matches perfectly with what the Bible describes about “the beast with 10 horns”. Let’s think about it.

1. The number of sections is 10

The plan which is to divide U.S into 10 sections after a dangerous disaster (possibly a war) matches perfectly with the descriptions of “10 horns” and “10 countries” in the Bible.

2. It is the military powerhouse

U.S is the extraordinary military powerhouse which spends 40% of global military budget by itself.

So, the 10 countries born out of the U.S must become the military powerhouse just like horns. Horns of animals are used for fighting. Therefore, horn represents a fight or a military action.

3. This country exist only for a short period

The plan to divide U.S into 10 sections hasn’t been carried out yet, and will happen in

the future.

It will be carried out when there is a large disaster (possibly a war) in U.S. I guess those 10 sections (horns) will exist only for a short time before Christ’s second coming. From this point of view, it matches the description of “existing only for a short period”.

4. Those 10 horns are related to the U.S which is the country of beast Since those 10 horns are related to the U.S, this of course also matches.

5. These 10 horns will become ruler and governor.

This also seems to match how the U.S will be divided into 10 sections (countries). I will explain about in details later, but we have just seen how the policy of dividing U.S into 10 sections could match the description in the Bible about 10 horns.

10 sections in the world that have been divided under the leadership of UN

In the article of Cutting Edge above, it is described that dividing into10 section will officially take place after a big disaster (possible war). This description actually

matches perfectly with the description of Revelation below.

Revelation 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

13:4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

Here, it is described that the country of the beast was “wounded to death, and his deadly wound was healed”, which means despite having been critically destroyed it will be healed and resurrected.

This is exactly what Cutting Edge describes as a big disaster.

And after recovering from the disaster, as it says “Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?”, we can see that U.S will become a strong military autocratic nation with 10 horns, and reveal itself as a military powerhouse which is undefeatable by anyone else in the world.

Also, as we read the scripture below, it is described that U.S with 10 horns will control the entire world.

Revelation 13:7 It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation.

Now, by putting those facts together, we can understand why it is described that 10 crowns are given to 10 horns, authority as king, and controlling.

So, we can see that U.S will resurrect from war disaster as 10 military countries, and each of 10 countries will control each of 10 sections　of the world.

This means that first section (country) of U.S controls the entire North America, second country controls South America, and third one controls Europe. Therefore, what the Bible says as “10 crowns” means the control made by 10 horns.

Also, Tribulation will take place for 42 months (3 and half years) under the overwhelming military power of U.S as written below.

Revelation 13:5 The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise its authority for forty-two months.

So, when U.S resurrects as the republic of 10 countries, it will be the beginning of Tribulation.

In this way, everything in our history is being fulfilled as it was written in the Bible. The problem is that our eyes are not open, therefore we are unable to understand this revelation. We need to open our eyes and get prepared for Tribulation.

The above map shows the ten (10) Regions under which the United States has actually been operating since 1972. These 10 Regions are Administrative Units of the United Nations. All the people of the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, were placed under the control of the above 10 Regions. President Richard Nixon issued Executive Order # 11647 on February 14, 1972, which created this new country. How did he conceive this reorganization plan? The United Nations passed a resolution that the United States must reorganize into 10 super regions and President Nixon complied by issuing this Executive Order. Obviously, this plan would not have survived the exposure that would have been necessary for Congress to have enacted this plan. Therefore, Nixon utilized the awesome, and often,

illegal, power of the Executive Order to create this reorganization.

Whenever the United Nations issues an order to any nation in this world, the leading governmental authority in each country is under obligation to utilize all the power at his disposal to carry out the U.N. directive. Remember, President George H.W. Bush called the United Nations "the superior body" and did everything in his power to submit United States' sovereignty to the U.N. He even refused to make war against Iraq until he had the authority of the United Nations. Under our Constitutional system, the President needs to go to Congress for authority to declare war. Yet, very few people in our nation thought it odd that Bush would go to the U.N. for his war-making authority, rather than to Congress. Even members of Congress, who usually guard their authority vigorously, did not complain that they had been bypassed in the Iraqi Gulf War of 1991!

The unconstitutional goal of this reorganization into 10 super regions is to set the stage for the abolishment of governments from the Federal, to the State, to the County, and even to the Local, levels. The objective is to set in place the form of government that could be implemented during a planned crisis, that would effectively strip us of our elected representational form of government. Suddenly, we would find ourselves being governed by officials who are not elected, nor responsible to any voters. This regional system is apparently unlimited in its scope and powers. Thus, Americans could very well discover that they are back under the control of the type of government that our Founding Fathers spent their lives and fortunes overthrowing! Worse still, we could find ourselves facing the type of dictators which we have seen ruling Russia and Nazi Germany.

This regional system is also apparently a military structure. We will see this more clearly when the Federal program called "General and Complete Disarmament" (Public Law 87-297) is fully integrated according to this 10 Region system of government.
